Health, Fitness & Wellness
As a longtime runner, I am passionate about spreading the word about the many benefits—physical and mental—of staying active and living well.







To date, I’ve explored fitness how-tos, nutrition, motivation tactics, the best exercise equipment, as well as ways to master mental wellness. I’ve also planned and written copy for monthly campaigns for an energy product on behalf of a marketing agency; this included occasional strategic SMS campaigns.
I later pitched concepts and wrote campaign & flow copy for a UK-based activewear on behalf of an email marketing agency for over a year.

I brainstormed, crafted and perfected weekly campaigns for a company in the health food space on behalf of a digital marketing agency for around two years.
I also write email copy for a wellness beverage brand on behalf of an email marketing agency.
Travel & Leisure
I adore traveling, whether a given adventure takes place against a beach backdrop or a winter wonderland.
I have written numerous articles on all steps of the travel experience, including accommodation reviews, language tips and interviews with industry insiders.

Décor & Design
Making spaces sparkle isn’t easy, but detailing how to accomplish this is one of my favorite pastimes.


Currently, I plan and write an average of 13 campaigns a month for a New York-based décor company on behalf of an email marketing agency.
Parenting
As a mother of two, I spend quite a time thinking up activities, researching answers to questions and trying to create joyful family moments. I’ve documented a few of these online.





Beauty
I have written an array of blog posts and articles about beauty-centric subjects, including product launches and event showcases.



I founded, launched and later managed a beauty publication called lovelierie, which “wrapped” in August 2018.
This included managing a team of beauty editors, creating a company voice to appeal to key demographics and regularly utilizing analytics to assess content success on both social media and our website.

Daily duties involved assigning and editing articles, prepping pieces for publication (with an eye on SEO), arranging and conducting interviews with industry leaders, reaching out to brands for increased visibility and setting up sample reviews. In addition, I arranged and executed collaborations.

I have focused on must-have items, fantastic clothing shops, emerging brands and beyond, honing in on both indie and designer options.



I have written features on fashion brand founders and fashion-focused companies, as well as ad copy for paid campaigns. In 2024, I helped retool a welcome flow for a jewelry brand.


Dentistry
I worked as a social media marketing manager for a dental office between 2015 and 2025. This entailed writing website copy, creating eye-catching graphics for events/holidays, addressing concerns in reviews and coming up with social media content to solidify the dental office’s position as an expert in the field.











I also published oral health posts on a blog I created to entertain and educate current and potential patients.
